Bulk Custom Shirt Pricing: What to Compare
Quantity is important, but a useful custom-shirt price also identifies the garment and printing included. Compare complete orders rather than multiplying a headline price by a size list that uses different products or extra locations.

Use the approved standard shirt schedule correctly
Vividly Print’s approved Gildan G5000 pricing for sizes S–XL includes one full-color design at one print location: 1–5 shirts $25 each; 6–11 $22; 12–23 $19; 24–35 $17; and 36 or more $16.
That makes 10 standard shirts $220, 20 $380, 50 $800 and 100 $1,600, before tax and any confirmed delivery charge. The $16 tier continues above 36 shirts. These are examples for the stated standard shirt and print, not universal apparel prices.
Identify what changes the specification
Premium garments, extended sizes, polos, performance styles, hoodies, sweatshirts and additional print locations require separate quotes. Ask how individual names, artwork versions and design preparation affect your particular request.
A group mixing several garment models should receive a breakdown that reflects that mix. Do not assume a standard-shirt tier can be applied to every line of a company uniform order.
Collect quantities before approving the final total
Start with an approximate count if you are still planning. Before production, consolidate the number in each size, color, style and design. One organizer should approve the complete list rather than send conflicting partial totals.
If the count changes across a quantity tier or the design gains another location, ask for the quote to be reconfirmed. Compare the final order details and applicable taxes, not just the initial planning estimate.
Ask better questions when comparing quotes
Confirm the exact garment, size range, print dimensions, number of locations, artwork assistance and completion arrangement. A cheaper quote may describe a different job; an expensive quote may include work that another supplier has left out.
Provide your needed in-hand date and local pickup requirements. Availability and production timing must be confirmed. Online quote requests do not activate checkout or take a payment.
