Launching a Houston Clothing Brand: Print Planning
A first apparel release needs a repeatable product specification as well as a design. Use your initial order to define the garment, print dimensions and artwork version that you want customers to receive.
Share an approximate quantity and your needed date. Artwork can be uploaded with your request.

Write a simple product specification
Record the garment brand or model, fit, weight, color and offered sizes. Then list every graphic with its finished dimensions and placement. This makes quotes easier to compare and gives future reorders a clear starting point.
Do not treat a mockup as a guarantee of fit, fabric feel or printing limits. Review a real sample when those details matter. If the blank changes, reassess the layout and specifications rather than assuming an identical result.
Separate sample decisions from release quantities
A sample helps evaluate a specific garment and decoration. A production run needs the full size curve, color quantities and design counts. Share both goals so you receive the right kind of quote.
Keep designs separate in the order breakdown. One repeated graphic across many shirts and many different graphics across a small total are not the same job. Extra print locations and individual variations need to be included.
Confirm the production scope
Vividly Print provides printed apparel and DTF transfers. If you want transfers for your own pressing, state that clearly and review the fabric and application instructions. Finished apparel requires the actual garments and sizes.
Ask directly about any finishing you need. Label sewing, relabeling, packing, storage and fulfillment should not be assumed from a shirt-printing quote. Confirm the services, responsibility for blanks and pickup arrangement for your order.
Plan reorders without promising a sellout
Keep approved artwork and specifications together, and note any changes after the first release. A reorder still needs current garment availability, quantities, price and production timing confirmed.
Choose a launch date after the completion arrangement is agreed. Avoid promising buyers a delivery date solely from an unconfirmed estimate. Printing supports the product plan; it does not guarantee customer demand or a retail margin.
