Bulk T-shirt printing brings a crew, organization or event together with a consistent design. Vividly Print helps Houston businesses and local groups plan coordinated apparel orders. We produce DTF transfers and press shirts in-house, with garment choices, design details and quantities reviewed before production begins.
Build a size breakdown before requesting pricing
List the number of shirts needed in every size and color. If multiple groups need different artwork, separate those quantities rather than treating the order as one design. A clear breakdown helps us quote the correct garments and discuss availability without repeatedly revising the request. Estimates are useful for planning, but the final details need approval.
Keep the artwork and placements consistent
Confirm which design should appear on each garment and whether you need front, back or sleeve printing. Multiple print locations, alternate designs and premium garments affect pricing. Send the clearest logo or artwork file you have, along with approximate print sizes. We can discuss artwork preparation before the order moves forward.
Coordinate timing with your event or rollout
Share the date your apparel is needed and explain any separate delivery or pickup arrangements you want to discuss. Production timing depends on garment availability, artwork approval and order size. We confirm availability before accepting the order; an event deadline should not be assumed to guarantee a particular turnaround.
How does bulk custom-shirt pricing work?
Standard Gildan G5000 shirts in S–XL include one full-color design at one location: 1–5 $25 each; 6–11 $22; 12–23 $19; 24–35 $17; 36+ $16. Other garments and extras require a confirmed quote.
What is the best way to avoid missing details?
Send a single order list with quantities, sizes, colors, garment preferences, artwork versions and every print location. Have one person approve the final details so the design and size breakdown are clear before we begin.

Planning 10, 20, 50 or 100 shirts?
For the standard G5000 shirt and one included print: 10 shirts are $220; 20 are $380; 50 are $800; 100 are $1,600, before tax and any confirmed delivery charge. All standard quantities of 36 or more stay at $16 each. Extra locations, extended sizes and different garment models require their own quote.
We welcome large requests from schools, contractors, landscaping crews, cleaning services, nursing homes and community organizations. Enter any positive whole-number quantity in the apparel studio or send the full size list for an order-specific quote.
