Prove the garment and graphic before scaling
Start with the garment model, fit, weight and color you want your customers to receive. A sample or small initial order can help you evaluate the print placement and garment before committing to a larger release. Sample quantities and pricing are confirmed for the actual request.
Choose print dimensions on the intended garment rather than judging only from a phone mockup. A large front graphic, chest mark, back print and sleeve detail each use a different area. Tell us which details define the design.
Prepare artwork for a repeatable release
Send original files and a clear mockup of each placement. Include finished print sizes, the number of designs and copies per design. Tiny lettering, distressed effects and fine lines should be reviewed at the size they will actually print.
Vividly Print produces DTF transfers and presses apparel in-house. If you press your own blanks, request transfer-only pricing and confirm compatibility and application guidance. Finished apparel and transfer-only orders are quoted separately.
Plan quantities by style, size and design
Break the order into garment styles, colors, sizes and artwork versions. Ten pieces in several designs are different production requirements from one repeated design. Send your full breakdown when requesting quantity pricing.
Keep the approved garment model, print dimensions and artwork together for reorders. Availability, price and schedule are reviewed each time. We do not promise sell-through, exact repeat stock or a universal brand-launch turnaround.

Can a new brand request a small run?
Yes. Share the quantity, garment and artwork details. We will review the order and confirm pricing and availability.
Can I buy transfers and press the garments myself?
Yes. Specify transfer-only, the fabric you intend to press, finished dimensions and copies of each design. Ask for the applicable instructions.
Do you provide labels or other finishing services?
Describe any finishing you need and ask us to confirm it. This page does not assume label manufacturing, sewing, relabeling or fulfillment services are included.
