Planning Memorial Shirts: Photos, Wording & Sizes

A memorial shirt can bring family and friends together around a shared photograph or message. A clear artwork and size checklist helps keep the tribute consistent while the family manages the other details of a gathering.

Share an approximate quantity and your needed date. Artwork can be uploaded with your request.

Choose the photo and message thoughtfully

Use the best original photograph available. A compressed social-media screenshot may lose detail when enlarged. Explain which part of the photo should remain and whether the background needs attention. Share only images and artwork you have permission to reproduce.

Provide the name, dates and message exactly as they should print. Choose one family contact to confirm spelling, dates, capitalization and the selected photo. Keep one approved version so separate messages do not create conflicting instructions.

Plan the layout on the actual shirt

Tell the printer the garment color and where the tribute belongs. A portrait on the front and a separate message on the back are two locations. Individual names or different family messages should be identified with their quantities.

If you do not have a finished design, describe the style and elements you want. Ask what artwork assistance is needed. A request can begin before every design decision is settled, but the final details must be approved before production.

Combine the family’s size list

List adult, youth and extended sizes by color and design version. Use one organizer to consolidate the total, including any extras for relatives who have not confirmed. Mark an estimate as an estimate rather than presenting it as a final count.

Compare quotes by the same garment, size range, print locations and artwork work. This guide does not rank funeral-shirt providers or invent competitor prices. Verified examples and a clear specification are better comparison points.

Tell the printer the gathering date first

Provide the date and time the shirts must be in hand, including collection before travel when relevant. Ask for feasibility to be reviewed as soon as possible. A funeral or memorial date does not create an automatic same-day promise.

Wait for a confirmed completion arrangement before depending on it. If the design, garments or quantity change, ask whether the quote and schedule must be reviewed again.

Ask Vividly Print about your project

Share your artwork or idea, garment preferences, approximate quantity and needed date. We will confirm products, pricing and availability before you order.
