Plan the artwork at its final print size
Share the clearest artwork file you have and the dimensions you want on the finished garment. Small chest logos, large back graphics and sleeve designs need different layouts. Include the quantity of each design and identify every print location. If your file needs preparation, we’ll discuss the next step before production.
What affects your DTF quote?
Transfer dimensions, quantities, the number of designs and any artwork assistance affect your request. Finished apparel also depends on garment choice, sizes and pressing locations. Sending a complete list helps us confirm the right products and avoid quoting a transfer-only order when you actually need finished shirts.
Can you help with a full-color logo?
Send your logo or artwork link with the size and intended placement. We’ll review the design and confirm any file preparation needed for your order. A clear source file is especially useful for small lettering and detailed artwork.
What should I confirm before pressing a transfer?
Tell us the garment you plan to use and ask us to confirm transfer compatibility and the application guidance for your order. Different materials and equipment can require different preparation; do not assume one set of press settings fits every product.
How do I request a production date?
Include your needed date, design counts and print dimensions. We confirm availability and production timing before accepting the order. If artwork or garment information changes, ask us to reconfirm the quote and schedule.

DTF transfers Houston: send one complete request
For transfer-only orders, include the finished width and height, copies of each design, and the fabric you intend to press. If you want multiple designs arranged together, ask us to confirm the sheet format before preparing a gang sheet. Transfer pricing is separate from the standard printed-shirt schedule.
Upload the highest-resolution original artwork available. Tell us whether the background should print or be removed. A placement mockup helps explain your idea; the original artwork is still needed for production.
